I'm an 18 year old boy and have not cleaned up for 1 month. Unfortunately, I somehow all my clothes flying around and find nothing again. Even school things are scattered. I'm hardly ever in my room because I'm either the whole time traveling with friends or looking in the living room netflix.
I do not do my bed regularly any more because I'm depressed and have a lot of stress and problems. What should I do first?
Sort everything into categories first… Clothes in a pile (and then off in the laundry!), … School stuff on a pile, etc… And then stop tackle pile by pile!
Disorder may promote depressive moods… In a tidy room you will feel better!
Bring the clothes in the laundry basket, then bring out dishes and garbage, if there's something lying around, the school stuff you put all first on a pile and sort them to the end, then you make your bed neat
Take a laundry basket or cardboard and collect everything that is lying around. Then you can sort it out in peace.
