Netflix download problems?

So I've been having problems downloading to Netflix for several days now. I don't get an error message or anything, so this blue circle just doesn't fill up. No matter how long I wait. I'm also told that the "download is running" but nothing happens after an hour. Nothing is downloaded. I logged out, uninstalled the app and logged in again, but the problem is still there.

Did someone already have experience with something like this?
