Has my credit been stolen significantly?

I bought a playstore credit card at noon today. I had 14.20 euro on it but I haven't touched the money yet so I still had the money. An hour later I have 22 cents on my credit, but that can't be. I didn't buy or anything after that. It was just taken away from me like that. Of course, I also got a netflix card, but I've already paid with it. But when I want to pay for my crunchyroll or disney plus it says that payment is not possible although it is not correct. It had always worked until now and now it doesn't… And then later on I don't have any money on it. Could it be possible that it happened to be a hump? Otherwise I can't imagine.
