Ebay classifieds account deactivated?

Hi, today I wanted to place an ad (A Netflix Gift Certificate). After 2 hours I went back to the app and was logged out and couldn't log in anymore. There was restricted user account. I can't chat with any more people. My problem is that I bought something and now I can't write to this person about the delivery address but have already paid. I've already written to support. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do?
