They ordered video games there at my expense. This person then urged the seller to send the key quickly in the internal mail program. The money has already been debited from PayPal via my account.
Apart from calling ebay, I had done nothing, my passwords changed everywhere.
I have the option of having the debits posted back.
Then paypal will block me and other bills like netflix can't be debited.
