Wants to watch a series in Spanish but there's no choice. In Spain you can watch it here in Spanish, but isn't there any way in the settings to be able to watch it in Spanish?

Every local Netflix has different offers and sometimes different stored soundtracks. If you have a series that only has the Spanish soundtrack in Spanish Netflix, then you would have to do it via VPN, which is a bit annoying, because you have to see how you set it up. You only get the German Netflix in Germany, in Spain only the Spanish Netflix etc. Always regrettable that you can't switch freely, for example the USA has significantly more offers. If I were in the USA, I could also look at it with my normal account, but from here you have to mess around with the VPNs and that is personally too expensive for me.
Finding language and soundtrack on Netflix is indeed tedious. In principle you have to try it out for every title of interest that is available.
What you can do is use filters on Flixable (https://de.flixable.com/) and search. You can put audio in Spanish, then you can sort by rating and scroll through what is there.
