LAN connection gone though everything works? PYÜR?

The following problem!

I'm a customer of PYÜR / Primacom and have had a strange problem for weeks.

My LAN connection simply interrupts random white, but I do NOT fly from various programs (TeamSpeak³) but to any other fun and my browser does not work either. Already Mysterium 1.

Furthermore, the WLAN connection is NOT interrupted. Say Netflix on the TV keeps running, mobile phone is also working.

So, now for the whole fun. As soon as I rausziehe the LAN connector on the computer literally 1 second and reinstecke it works IMMEDIATELY again. Everything goes.

I sit the disconnection "off" I say and wait it will take ~ 10 minutes to do something again.

What could that be? Have already called the service and they said I should watch this time and you all know the great customer service. "Technician logs in… Days." Wait and wait.

AH! And no, s.Calculator / LAN connector is not. I have 2 computers (2 different motherboards) and 3 LAN connectors tried. All the same.

Router model: TC7200.20

Software version of the router: STDC.01.31

Strange that the W-LAN works, search out the Internet access data, and reset the router.

The programs seem to have a built-in buffer from which they feed themselves for a while.

As for the router: If you turn it off and on again, then it works again. That The connection and its communication will be rebuilt. From this I conclude that it breaks off at best beforehand because of a communication problem.

This can happen if the line is being used by too many users at the same time. For example, the residents of a block of flats all access the internet at the same time and the provider does not provide enough capacity.

Waiting for the technician. Make sure he does not stay away from the 10 minutes 2 minutes, claiming everything would be wonderful.

Have already done a "router reset". So complete defeat I mean.

Alright, testing another router is probably not.

Unfortunately have no other. : /

I thought to myself

Try it with other DNS servers (like Google DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, which are often better and faster). Something is set on the protocol on the LAN card or on the wireless adapter (depending on what you use) in Windows on the TCP-IPv4 protocol.

Here it is explained with pictures:

Maybe that helps!
