A card is not a bank account. A card can be blocked (e.g. After it has been stolen) but this has no effect on the bank account, it is still active. Also, you don't add a card, unless you mean a credit card, but the bank details. You have it without a card.
Express yourself better what you mean. Two bank accounts? Credit cards? In an emergency, you can also get prepaid cards from the nearest shop.
I just tried adding another credit card (as a backup) and that didn't work with the message 'There seems to be a problem with the payment method you would like to use.'
