Why is my ping rising?

I've had a problem with my latency for several weeks. Whenever someone watches Netflix on our internet, it increases to 500ms + (usually at 35ms). The funny thing is that everything works normally when someone watches YouTube, for example. This problem also occurs with a few other apps and I don't know why.

Can someone help me?

Is normal, then the person has to lower the quality of the video and not look at Hd or 4k, or you use a LAN cable, then you have zero problems

If 5 people fit in your car and 2 want to go somewhere, get in and get there quickly.

Now there are 35 people 5 get in and 30 wait for the car to come back, now people have to wait until the whole queue has been worked through.

This is the case with the available bandwidth and the data packets.

The queue gets longer and the packets can't be processed as quickly, which increases the latency.
