Netflix produces very high ping?

I like to watch Netflix with a friend over the internet, so we start the video at the same time, but the ping increases when I click on a series sequence and this loads directly to a ping of 800ms, which makes it almost impossible to do so via TeamSpeak or Discord communicate, because everything does not matter anymore.

Can one regulate that somehow, so that my ping does not shoot so high in the height? It's kind of inedible over the internet.

Better internet would be a solution.

Maybe you have a bad line or just a bad internet connection. Have you ever asked the support?
