It sounds like some voices have an echo. I watch it on netflix and I have an iphone xs max (but it is not because of the cell phone I think it is normal on yt)
For me it was right at the beginning so I don't know why but the voices weren't well normal I call it but you can also watch it on crunchyroll with subtitles or on anime4you dub and sub (anime4you is not legal.)

Yes I had already looked at * legal * 7 squadrons before it was on netflix and it wasn't that weird
Maybe it is also because of netflix or your Wi-Fi? In any case, I have no idea is weird
My Wi-Fi is actually good, I think I just keep looking on my legal page.
