Can anyone recommend good and not so unhealthy snacks?
I've been looking for some hot, not so unhealthy snacks for in between meals (e.g. When gaming, Netflix, Youtube, etc.)
As already written, dried fruit or trail mix maybe also a nut mix
Micro-wave popcorn actually has less kcal than most people expect, otherwise I would simply use fruit (! Not dried!), Vegetables and nuts in moderation… I can also recommend crispbread with cream cheese and cherry tomatoes
The healthiest would be raw food sticks (sweet peppers, carrots, cucumber, kohlrabi) with a delicious dip based on low-fat quark. The taste comes from different spice mixtures. I find particularly tasty, for example:
Wild garlic
a mixture of curry and tomato ketchup
Greek or French herbal mixtures, e.g. Herbes de Provence
