Have I harmed my eyes with UV LED strips?

I was with a buddy for about two hours who decorated the walls in his apartment with bright blue LED strips.

The left wall, on which I sat sideways for this time, was covered most of all with these strips.

I was pretty close.

We sat, watched Netflix, and the LEDs tightened sideways in my left eye, which is paradoxical in a way, because actually they didn't just shine in my eye.

In any case, I didn't really think about it at first.

Until the day after that my left eye started hurting on the left side.

Then I learned from Google that blue LEDs damage the retina due to their high UV content and can also cause permanent damage.

My eye has been sore on the left (most irradiated) side for two days now and I'm worried. A blatant irritation can't actually be recognized.

Do you think the pain will go away?

Did I harm myself with the LED?

How dangerous is such an LED anyway?

I spend a lot of time on the screen in everyday life. Could a mixture of this and one-off LED UV consumption have caused permanent damage?

Can I still visit my buddy?

Is it allowed to live in such a lighted room?

His shower is also full of the strips, and I took a shower there.

Is it even allowed to do that when blue LEDs are so damaged?

I'm sorry for the uprising.

You better go to the eye doctor who knows what your eye has!

Better now than you will soon only see half of it!
