Netflix paypal problems

I want to log in to netflix with paypal but when I sign up there will add this source of payment and when I have filled out everything and click on it says "You have already added this bank account to your PayPal account." How can I use the account then someone can help me there

This is as already said only if you add a credit card.

Especially with recurring payments, this is often needed. Probably a further hedge by Paypal

Paypal also asks you to enter the credit card, for safety's sake
- to secure the payment
- to filter out minors
