Paypal - No further payments despite a covered account?

A week ago I overdrawn my bank account so that Paypal could not deduct a payment from my account and my Paypal credit had to go down about 22 euro. Now there will be more payments. Netflix (from today) not performed, although my account has been covered again since 18.

Should I transfer the money to Paypal myself, or does Paypal automatically book it? After all, Paypal has SEPA direct debit mandate for my account and can debit the money without transfer.
