Can't update LG Smart TV apps?

Enjoy the meal,

As the title suggests, apps can no longer be updated, such as Netflix or AmazonTV. The LG Connect Store does not open either, yesterday set the TV back to the factory settings but to no avail. Does anyone know anything? Support wasn't help either
