Netflix: basic subscription vs standard subscription?

Can someone explain to me the exact difference between these two subscriptions? With the basic subscription, you can only stream on one device if I understand it correctly? So I can only use Netflix on my computer, for example, but it won't work on another computer? What is more worthwhile from your point of view and does the SD / HD quality difference make a big difference?

Basic subscription - You can set up Netflix on all devices you want, but you can only stream on one at a time, if you are currently streaming with your mobile phone, your friend can't stream with another device.

With the standard subscription, 2 people can stream at the same time and with the large subscription 4 people. How many devices Netflix is set up on is irrelevant.

So you can only look at a film on a device and only then because the next and just in SD

With the other, you can watch multiple films and so on multiple devices in better quality

We have the second but are also a family so if you look alone and only one device on one device you can also use the base

I have the basic subscription, which is for 7.99 euro. That's right, then only you can watch Netflix. It works on other devices, but not at the same time.
