Regardless of whether Netflix, Amazon, etc.
A little reason would also be great.
My favorite series are:
-Rick and Morty (good characters, interesting plots and "special" humor)
-Gravity Falls (captivating storylines, mysterious, good dynamics between characters)
-Star Wars The Clone Wars (For the Republic! (Needs no explanation))
-Phineas and Ferb (funny "villain", simple structure and still entertaining)
-Avatar the last Airbender (funny, strong antagonist with a lot of depth, Uncle Iroh is the best character ever invented)
-Breaking Bad (interesting story, good characters and antagonists)
-Star vs. The Forces of Evil (weird but good)
I highly recommend watching all series in English as it just has a better vibe.

I've been enjoying the Sky-Box for a few months now, at no extra cost.
Finally watch all Game of Thrones seasons.
But my absolute favorite series is Vikings.
Now I'm just waiting for the second part of season 6.
I agree with you. Vikings is a really well done series. The brutality and the impressions of the Viking Age are sometimes really breathtaking.
Do you happen to know when the 2nd part of the 6th season can be seen?
I heard it was on Amazon since late 2020. Netflix says "Winter 2021", probably by the end of this year.
However, Netflix has secured the rights to a spin-off series "Vikings: Valhalla", which is based on the original series. This should also appear at the end of 2021 and beginning of 2022.

I'm a little out of the Vikings fever again. Maybe I'll watch the show again in the future until the ending is available on Netflix. Until then, I still have enough time xD
My favorite is Björn Eisseite, and it didn't look good for him on the last episode.
