I'm starting to study soon and therefore move. I would like to get a Fehrnhehr with which I then mainly Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and Co. Want to see. I do not need normal television at all.
I do not want to spend a lot of money (up to 400 euro), but I expect no special picture quality with great contrast and outstanding black values.
I have seen that there are already some 4k devices from good manufacturers for this price.
Since I have no idea about televisions, I wonder now if it makes sense to buy one of these cheap 4k devices or rather relies on a full HD device.
I would rather get a WHQ (1440p) (if there are already there as a TV xD), because 720p and 1080p on 4K just not look so great
Hi, you definitely get a UHD 4K TV because 1080p is not really cool anymore. My recommendation: https://www.otto.de/...=685005944
I think I have one too. Another tip just look at the offers at Saturn or so, so expensive are no longer TVs.
Definitely 4K. Meanwhile, 8K devices are already manufactured, why should one still buy Full HD.
The broadcasters themselves do not offer 4K, but upscaling is usually good and menus, Netflix and other apps can be enjoyed in 4K.
As you have already noticed, the price difference is hardly available anymore, from 300 euro you get really good 4K TVs, depending on what size you want / need.
I would judge the big one by the seat distance. Especially the small models you get very cheap.
Personally, I like the Philips models with Ambilight very well.
At that time I also had the idea when HD Ready came out. Luckily I bought Full HD at that time. I still have it today, despite Netflix subscription with Fire TV stick. Look here on the page everything is explained to you well:
