Hacked Netflix?

Have wanted to use my Netflix again for a few days, and discovered that a second profile was created there under the name "d-l@mail.de". So my actual profile is just a second one, email and password were all the same, but of course I have now changed and deleted the second account beforehand, does anyone know what that can be? Has the account been hacked?

Does anyone else know your password? Maybe it was passed on or someone created a profile🤷🏼♀️
