Netflix Paypal registration problem?

I wanted to register on Netflix and in the end I wanted to select PayPal as the payment method, then I was redirected to the PayPal page where I have to add the payment source. The IBAN was requested, I did this and then the following message appears: You already have your bank account PayPal account added. I just can't click next because payment source is requested… Even though I entered it
