I'm 100% sure that it is not a hardware problem but a software problem. Whenever I start my computer and go to a game which of course starts in full screen mode, I get a blackscreen which disappears when I turn off the game on my 2nd monitor or even go with my mouse on my 2 monitor.
I'm completely overworked and have even reset my computer 2 times.
A possible explanation would be that the monitor does not support the required resolution in full screen and therefore runs out.
So check the direction…
Try to put the games on 'borderless window' or 'full screen in the window'. If that does not help, it would be nice if you could call me your hardware anyway.
Hardware:
I7 6700k
Msi z170 mpower titanium
8gb ddr4 Crucual Ballistics
400watt Bequiet power supply which will soon be upgraded to a 500w
rx 580 8gb armor oc
Alpenfön bennevis
As hard drives: 1 240gb ssd and a 2tb hdd
What kind of monitors do you have?
Have looked it up, everything is set exactly right ingame 1920x1080p exactly the resolution synonymous has the monitor but Trzdm thank you.
Acer 144hz fullhd curved and a cheap monitor is about 7 years old and 1680x n crushed a few, but I play on the full hd device [The Acer XZ271]
Model number would be good ^^
Acer XZ271
Okay and in what resolution do you play?
Full HD so 1920x1080p
Mh. I think it's the 2nd screen, I had a similar problem. I'm pretty sure that if you disconnect the 2nd monitor it will work but this is not a long-term solution
Habs tried but unfortunately is still not: / but I have noticed that when I scale the resolution in the game down (to 1600x100p) that it then in full screen to no black screens is somehow funny: / (In windows full hd at display settings selected and in the game) But thanks anyway for your effort.
If necessary, you have to play on a lower graph. What could possibly still help to check whether the video driver is currently
Everything up to date well you can't do anything if nothing brings I ask the Pc shop with me around the corner
I would definitely try.
Have it now again with a new power supply tried it was probably because the 12v voltage is bagged due to overload.
Now everything works as usual
