People from other countries are just in my Netflix acc? As?

Quite simply you just have to "get" the access data

Delete the account or contact support.

I'm assuming that an email address / email account was also hacked because it is required as a login.

Perhaps you should try to cancel and then create a new account, but this is your decision.

With a lot of Netflix users this is the case that their accs have been hacked and someone just watches series for free from somewhere.

There's a "Log out all devices" button on Netflix. You should do that.

Also change the password of your email account and then again the Netflix PW for security. Then you locked out all uninvited guests.
