I discovered a few weeks ago under "Recent Streaming Activity" that other people from other states are probably streaming on my Netflix account. I have never given my credentials to anyone. Then I changed my password as well as "Log out all devices". Even so, I still see people from other states streaming to my Netflix account. What is still strange is that one and the same device supposedly streams in one day in Hessen and the next in Bavaria or similar and not only with one device. How can that be?
So what might help if you create a new profile. You should have another email. But I don't know much about that.
Same here. Sometimes Rhineland Palatinate and sometimes North Rhine-Westphalia. Look at device number. Is it e.g. Constant 345.677.323 as an example, then Netflix spins but they are the same devices.
I had no idea why.
Sometimes this information can be completely wrong. I often log in with a new device or just like that. A & then I get a mail, because of someone in Bavaria tried to log in, which I was (NRW). You also wonder how it can go wrong haha. However, if a special device should be displayed that is not yours, I might contact support.
It may be because
1) very often the locations are located incorrectly (there are wrong IP addresses) why I don't know either I personally have often had incorrect login attempts with the wrong location
2) Your cell phone / laptop / PC / tablet has been hacked. If so, you should have it checked urgently.
