Netflix account blocked?

Sooo… Have a problem with our account.

Netflix wanted to have a credit card update, as my mother now has a new one. When I enter the new one, it's just that: "Something went wrong at the moment, please try again later". I did not even realize that my mother has a new one… That's why I always just entered the security number and wondered why that did not work (I thought I forgot her). Did I possibly cause a lock? By entering too often? Is that really only "later"?
