I do not think that is possible with a link, because the website recognizes by your IP address in which country you are.
To access the selection in other countries, you could set up a VPN (Virtual Private Network). If you only change the link, it does not work.
You need to access Netflix with a VPN to watch TV shows / films from abroad.
That can be expensive if you look a lot.
However, there are also DNS tricks with which you come without VPN on the American Netflix
