Now I'm with 14.20 euro in the H, wanted to withdraw 5 euro from it just to make sure that the 14.20 euro are really in the H, now I was shown "this function is not permitted for your card"
I was able to have bank statements printed without problems, only withdrawing money that did not work. When I looked at my account balance again I had the account balance of 14.20 euro but my available amount was 0 euro
I have a slight panic and don't know what's going on, I've never had any problems with the bank or anything and I really can't explain it!
I will go to the bank tomorrow morning, but I would like to hear your experiences or advice / guesswork!

The data in / out and amount available may be stored in different systems and it can take a moment for them to be synchronized.
And / or have you already reached your monthly limit for cash withdrawals?

Yes, exactly, I always used to withdraw / deposit money with the same card. Well last time last year but I don't think there were changes to my checking account within 1 month… At least I should have been informed then but I didn't get any letter from the bank at all.
