Hey have always got used to chewing on my lip and pulling off that skin, just like other people chewing on nails, for example, I chew on my lip.
Only I think that is not so good as incidentally employment because it damages my lips.
1. How can I stop that?
2. I always have to do something by the way (like watching Netflix or something) what can I do instead of chewing my lip (by the way)

Mhh, have the same problem, but unfortunately nails and skin around it… I hate it
But I make it out of nervousness or when I think or have nothing to do… Sometimes I notice and I stop…

Well, when I'm busy I do not do it… Problem is, I really have to do something exactly at the moment. Learning zbs. Does not help, already play tennis etc.
But even there, when I'm drinking, changing sides, or waiting for a serve, my habit gets in the way
