2 DSL Internet connections in an apartment?

I'm still living with my parents. Unfortunately, we have a very bad DSL Internet line (about 1.8 MBit / s in the download). Since my parents watch Netflix movies in the evening, that's not enough for us all. My question would be whether there's a possibility that I apply for a private Internet connection (DSL?)? With us, a solution via a cable connection or LTE is not possible. Would we still share the Internet speed anyway, because the same house? What should be considered here?

So you can't hang on 1 connection 2 routers / modems because then 1 of both is always offline.

I already thought about it, but since the ping is relatively high, because the signal must first go up to the satellite and then down again. Maybe I should have written that I like to play in the evening (WoW). It worked great at that time until my parents watched Netflix ^^
