Why do not I have the same offer of movies as others?

I own Netflix, and a couple of known ones, who actually live only a few cantons farther away, have Avatar: The Lord of the Elements in their libraries. Why not me? We live in the same country?

Actually, you should have that too. Otherwise, maybe write netflix or look on a website where maybe an answer.
