Looking for a movie that ran on Netflix about 1 year ago?

Unfortunately I can't say much about the film, but maybe someone knows which one I'm looking for anyway.

So to the film:

It's about a teenage girl who lives with her mom and her brother, she is not very popular at school. That changed when the most popular girl came to terms with her, but the popular girl made her steal, take drugs, drink alcohol, and pierce. In the end, the main character scratches himself because the mother has a strange new friend who hides popular girls with her drugs and thinks that she is beaten by her.

Maybe one of you knows the film, I hope someone can help me here.
