I prefer to watch series and films in the original language. However, I have the problem that it changes again and again in German. I've switched the language to Netflix in English several times. My PC and my smartphone are also set to English. But when I watch a series, it always jumps in German.
How can I set it so that it is constantly set to English?
Did you set the language in your profile to English or only in the stream?
If the latter you have to change it in the profile.
You can change this in the settings.
I had had the same problem with Netflix just the other way around. Called Netflix and they said I couldn't.

Just forget to speak German. Then you will be able to see every series that is in German in a foreign language.
Normally, should that work? It worked on my smartphone before, but only for two days and then it automatically switched back to English…

I've always watched Netflix on my phone or Google Chrome. I changed both of them, but it still doesn't work.
As previously described in the settings. It worked for me too, but had to wait a few days before it was completely changed.
