Does anyone know, possibly also on Netflix, scary horror films that make you scared? I saw a few on Netflix but they are all very boring, not scary and sometimes really bad.

A more recent film that I like very much and that I can recommend with a clear conscience is 'Still'.
Oops, just see that it's from 2016. But it doesn't matter, it's worth it.
Otherwise, my favorite is 'Hereditary', which is not currently available on Netflix.

Netflix also has The Haunting of Hill House, which in my opinion is the best horror film series thing in a long time. Good atmosphere, sympathetic characters and still nice and creepy.
