What is the title of the movie? - 1

I once saw an excerpt from a film that I wanted to see, but forgot what the film is called. In the clipping were young men in a room that filled with water. Behind it were people who watched this "experiment" and didn't help the men. At some point the room was full of water and one of the men broke the glass behind which the "professors" were standing. I guess it's something like a psychological thriller. I'm also sure that this film (could also be a series) exists on Netflix
