So in my opinion you shouldn't book the package for eight euro. Since this doesn't even include HD, if you watch Netflix on your TV, you should book the HD package.

The 480 pixels may be just enough on a mobile phone, but they are not really nice to look at either

4K is four times as much as Full HD. But it's only worth it if you really have a 4K TV or want to watch on several devices at the same time

If you are alone I would use the medium subscription model, which I also use. 12 euro, downloads on one device and 1080p.

I think 4k is only worth it if you share the costs with someone.
