A colleague has shown me through the app in her phone that there are now all 4 seasons of Outlander. I only watch Season 1 and 2 on my Smart TV. Why is that and how can I see seasons 3 and 4?
Maybe she has another country active. VPN?

Look in the Netflix settings whether coincidentally the age limit / parental control is active. For me she was that time and I was sometimes completely hidden series and movies although they are clearly available on Netflix.
For seasons of a series that can happen too, depending on which age rating is rated, the hidden at age limit.
