So hey, whenever I log into netflix under my friend's account, it doesn't work. So I'm already in the profile and everything but as soon as I click on a video then error code F7701-1003. I've already googled it but I don't understand I also seem to have the latest version of Firefox so it could be because of it.
If I remember that correctly, it is an error of an unregistered device. Each must be registered for the first time. Do it again. If it doesn't work, please contact support.
