Sound streaming Asynchronous to the picture?

I would need some help with a problem. Namely, when I watch videos on Netflix or Amazon Prime, the sound gets more and more asynchronous as time progresses. The problem does not occur on YouTube. Also I have this problem only on my PC. Could you possibly help me there?

I use Windows 10 pro.

The problem occurs on both browsers: Vivaldi and Google Chrome.
