Stream is asynchronous?

For about a month, I have the problem that Netflix / YouTube / AmazonPrime become asynchronous. So the sound is wider than the video itself.
Before that was not so and it amazes me already extremely. I also have a very "good" computer so I could explain that even less. I also tried it with other browsers and it turns up. Then I tried using the Netflix app itself to try it and it also turns up when I have a lot of tabs open.
When I close the browser, it works fine. If I open it again, so will it. But after a while it will not work anymore. Also, my Netflix streams start to jerk extremely fast if I do something else in my browser.

YouTube is also less common than Netflix or Amazon Prime. I'm also slowly finished with my Latin, because I really have no idea why this could be. I also searched Google and found no suitable answer. Now I try it myself in the hope that someone might have a useful tip.

My hardware:

nVidia GeForce GTX 1070

intel i7-8700

16GB Ram 2133MHz

2.5TB hard disk space (750GB of which SSD)

AiO water cooling

What kind of internet connection do you have? (e.g., DSL 16k, cable 100, etc.)

What do you use from router to your PC? (WLAN, Powerline, LAN)

I have VDSL50 and got a router from the telecom for it. A speedport. And I use "Lan" myself
