My daily routine currently consists of home office → eating → home office → sleeping. At the weekend from Netflix, YouTube and alcohol… Without social contacts it is difficult for me.

Exactly the same with me. I have also been in my room all week since this week. And this is my new time rhythm:

9:00 a.m. = breakfast
10:00 a.m. = home office work
3:00 p.m. = lunch
3:30 p.m. = home office work
6:00 p.m. = What's app chatting
6:30 p.m. = watch Sweet Youtuber livestream called Nanu
9:00 p.m. = Think about Nanu
9:15 p.m. = evening meal
10:00 pm = Watch more Youtube videos
11:30 p.m. = go to sleep
