When I download something on Netflix to watch a video offline, it does not work. It always shows me this error. When I look at the internet, it works. I've already reinstalled the app and also restarted my phone. But it does not work. Could someone please help me there?

I had the same error after I changed download location to SD card. After switching back to device's memory, error isn't shown. (I downloaded smth and then changed download location)
I have the same error. My Android phone has no SD card, but the video I am trying to play is downloaded
Same problem here with Android 9. After 2 months still not fixed! More than half of the clients use Android!

In my case, sometimes it plays normally, sometimes it just get stuck on this error. Some of the videos with this error plays after few attempts while some keep showing this error even after several attempts to play. It's frustrating.
