Is the O2 network much worse than the Vodafone network?
And is 120 GB of data enough to watch Netflix?
Yes, O2 is the worst network

O2
It depends on where you live, in the city it works
120GB is fine if you don't overdo it.
Yes, we have villages that have O2 LTE, namely 4 bars and TK and VF only Edge.
To this end, TK has massively expanded 5G in the larger towns.
VF is expanding a lot of cable & fiber optic landline. Partly also 5G. Usually at least 4G available at an acceptable speed.
In the train and car, O2 and Vf are bad and there are always gaps of a few seconds without reception.
"Back then" I had Telekom with a key phone. It's been 20 years. I can't say anything current.
That depends on the location, so there's no general answer to the question, you can use the mein o2 app to check the network coverage in your local area. But I've been using O2 for years, live in the country and never really had any problems. 120 Gb is enough for Netflix, unless you stream daily and in the highest resolution, then 120 Gb is too little. If it should be unlimited in terms of Internet, then I advise CO2 free unlimited max, I also use it.
No, you can't say that across the board, but availability can be found with various programs at your place of residence
