I can't open netflix on my Samsung TV can you

When I press the netflix button on the remote control, there's a fraction of netflix loading. What can I do? Have already pulled electricity and internet / restarted. Also Manuel tried to open netflix on the television. Youtube works.

If there's Netflix loading, I would let it load for the first time with ours, it no longer works because it is too old, we do it via an Apple TV device that is connected to the television
