So I'm usually out with my girlfriend or with friends but when I'm at home I'm always so bored and I do not feel like watching tv Netflix or what's up somebody has an idea what I can do can also like to have training, sports etc
How about training or sports?
How about looking up a little in the literature or reading a novel in general, which suits your taste. Even novels can contribute to further education. Otherwise, I can also recommend you to take a small joyride (Motoread, bicycle, etc.) Alternatively, it would also perhaps a little to do with manual work. Especially if you are not so talented in things, boredom is a good place to improve your skills. There's always something to do.

That depends on what you are interested in? Watch a Youtube video on how to properly fill a cow or something. Will you probably never need a lifeskill that nobody can take you anymore.
Meet a second secret girlfriend. If one does not have time, you go to the other and vice versa.
