Thank you. But aren't they still stored somewhere? So I think the computer is reluctant to delete things forever. Free data for HP, Dell etc. Can always be worthwhile. But for me it is not recoverable?

Most browsers today are such that they correctly delete such personal data. Irretrievable.
You will be warned beforehand!
So it is not the operating system or "the computer" that may be "reluctant" to delete this data, rather it is the app, the browser itself, which is programmed to destroy all traces and protect privacy.
