It is like that, I would like to buy a television. Since I don't have a connection, the choice fell on a Smart TV. With this I can watch Netflix, YouTUbe, Prime etc. Now to my question, I really wanted to have a browser included so that I can watch the live streams from my favorite channels online. Now can I just download a browser like Firefox with a TV that has the Google Play Store installed?
Unfortunately I don't know you. I have a Samsung Smart TV. There's a browser there. I can use the television in the browser as normal with my mouse and keyboard. Like on a computer. Can create favorites, watch twitch, shop online, access media libraries, everything I can do there. You can also install Amazon Spotify Netflix sky and co like YouTube on it. It also has Apple Screen Transfer and Screen Share. + a built-in DVBt2 tuner so you can only watch TV that is publicly available but you don't need a connection
But you can also connect a sat bowl. Or cable that has a twin tuner. So you can choose several reception paths and in the back if you want to watch something like rtl plug this module in to activate the transmitter. If you want a link just let me know.
I only know SmartTV's with their own integrated browser. As far as I know that's not possible.
