Netflix, wrong language?

Every time I watch netflix and start an episode, the audio track is in Spanish. Unfortunately, there are hardly any setting options in the app and on the website I have set that I want audio and subtitles in German. Nevertheless, every episode starts in Spanish. Solution?

Maybe you are foolishly choosing films that are only shown in the original version in Spanish? 🤔🤔🤔
