Random collapse pictures during a run on Netflix?

I'm watching a series on Netflix.
It simply pops up after each sentence end, which I can't recognize. It's always the same, but quickly gone. To see almost a blink of an eye. Rewind and pause play play does not help, then the picture does not appear again.
And continuously a sequence throughout the break Play "watching" does not let me catch the picture.

I think soon I'm crazy, if I google I can't find anything!
Help!
