No random selection at Netflix?

Everyone is talking about this "random playback" on Netflix. Did I miss something or why don't I have this selection?

Is located under your profile when starting. But it's rubbish, because the algorithm knows far too little about us.

For me the choice is not 😂 or is it because I'm watching netflix on ps4
