There are TVs offered with Netflix. Here are the offers always under the "Netflix" additional information such as: ARD Mediathek, ZDF Media Library, HbbTV, Screencast, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Shown.

I do not understand anything about Netflix, only that it causes separate costs. My question:

Can I use these other programs which are listed without the chargeable Netflix?
